Reps: 3 sets of 12 reps each foot.

Equipment: Soccer ball, cones, rebounder/wall or teammate, small goal.

Description:

  • Pass with your left foot to the rebounder.

  • Receive with the outside of your right foot.

  • Dribble to the yellow cone, and turn back using the outside of your left foot.

  • Pass the ball to the small goal.

Change of Direction Dribble – ✂️ Cut sharp, leave them behind.
