Reps: 3 sets of 12 reps each foot.

Equipment: Soccer ball, cones, rebounder/wall or teammate, small goal.

Description:

  • Pass with your right foot to the rebounder.

  • Receive with the inside of your left foot.

  • Dribble through the red and yellow cones with the outside of your left foot, and turn back using the inside of your left foot.

  • Pass the ball to the small goal on the opposite side.

Speed Dribbling – 🚀 Run with the ball, run the game.
