Reps: 3 sets of 12 reps each foot.

Equipment: Soccer ball, cones, rebounder/wall or teammate, small goal.

Description:

  • Pass with your right foot to the rebounder.

  • Receive with the inside of your left foot.

  • Dribble to the yellow cone and stop the ball with the outside of your left foot.

  • Fake drop the left shoulder and do a single scissors with your right foot.

  • Move the ball with the outside of your left foot, and turn back using the inside of your right foot.

  • Pass the ball to the small goal on the opposite side.

Shielding – 🛡️ Protect the ball, protect the play.
