Equipment: Soccer ball, cones, rebounder/wall or teammate.

Description:

  • Pass with your left foot to the rebounder.

  • Receive with the outside of your right foot.

  • Dribble to the yellow cone, and turn back using the outside of your left foot.

Outside Foot Receiving – 🌀 Control the ball, control the game.
