Reps: 3 sets of 12 reps each foot.

Equipment: Soccer ball, cones, rebounder/wall or teammate.

Description:

  • Pass with your right foot to the rebounder.

  • Receive with the inside of your left foot.

  • Dribble to the yellow cone and stop the ball with the outside of your left foot.

  • Fake drop the left shoulder and do a single scissors with your right foot.

  • Move the ball with the outside of your left foot and turn back using the inside of your right foot.
